These rules explain how calculadoras.tools selects, reviews, and updates content, and which editorial commitments apply before publication.
Topic selection
We prioritize calculators and guides that answer a clear task. A page should add an explanation, method, limitations, or original examples; repeating a short answer already covered more effectively elsewhere is not enough.
Sources
For sensitive topics, we prefer primary sources such as government agencies, regulators, technical documentation, professional institutions, or publications with a clear methodology. Sources are reviewed to confirm that they support the claim where they are cited.
Authorship and review
Every article should identify an author or editorial owner. Reviewers are named only when the review actually took place; roles, professional experience, and credentials are never invented.
Use of supporting tools
Supporting tools may help structure drafts, identify inconsistencies, or improve wording, but publication requires human review. These tools do not replace sources or professional expertise.
Updates
The update date should change only after a substantial editorial review or modification. Minor style corrections do not justify presenting a page as thoroughly reviewed.
Advertising
Advertising must remain separate from editorial content. Ads do not determine topics, calculator results, cited sources, or conclusions.
